The Wrong DAO is a governance arena with endless possibilities. Our unique and rewarding voting system will allow the Wrong community to build this project in multiple directions simultaneously and have the flexibility to evolve.
The goal of The Wrong DAO is to empower a community to be actual project developers. In today’s climate, a strong base with a real voice is critical for success. The Wrong DAO has an innovative strategy to give real power to Wrong Token investors with opportunities to champion a movement and be rewarded for those efforts.

BLOCKCHAIN
The Wrong DAO utilizes BNB Smart Chain due to its speed and low gas fees. Low gas fees are essential and practical for our governance plan. The Wrong Token smart contract is optimized for the lowest gas fees possible for our DAO’s purposes.

GOVERNANCE
The utility for The Wrong DAO is governance. Any Wrong holder is able to champion a vote and have the opportunity to be compensated. The Wrong Token is used to incentivize holders to participate in the platform and reward them for their contributions.

THE PROCESS
Voting proposals (addendums) can be submitted by any Wrong holder of 100,000 or more tokens. To submit an addendum, the idea would be posted by the holder in our Wrong Telegram Chat. The post must gather 10 "thumbs up" emoji responses on the post to move to the next level. These 10 emojis are other holders seconding the proposal and must be 10 different people.
After a direct and private conversation with a Wrong Team member, the addendum will then be moved to the Active Votes section on the Wrong DAO website. The original submitter of the proposal will become the Wrong Champion of their addendum.
All holders will vote by sending one Wrong token to a YAY or NAY wallet address. To find these addresses look to the Active Votes section on The Wrong DAO website.
Voting is permissionless.
After a predetermined amount of time, voting will close. If the YAY tokens are 61% or higher of the vote, the addendum passes and will be implemented. If the YAY token total is below 61% of the total tokens used during the vote, the addendum fails.
If the addendum passes, the Champion will be sent all tokens in the YAY wallet. All NAY tokens will be entered into a lottery for all of the voting participants of that specific addendum.
If the addendum fails, all YAY tokens still go to the Champion and the remaining tokens will be entered into a lottery for all said voting participants. The Champion is not eligible for a failing addendum lottery.
If an addendum has multiple answers (non-binary), the winning choice must carry 50% of the votes to pass.

We reserve the right as the Wrong Team to add to this list. Transparency is key and your opinion will matter if something extra seems needed.
Voting proposals considered frivolous or unobtainable will be openly dismissed.
VOTING REQUIREMENTS AND WEIGHT
In order to participate in a vote, the wallet sending tokens to the YAY or NAY address must hold a minimum of 100,000 Wrong tokens after sending their vote.
The minimum and maximum to vote per addendum is one Wrong token.
Qualified Wrong One Club Members
1 token equals 100 votes
Non Wrong One Club Members holding 1M or more
1 token equals 50 votes
Wallets holding between 750K - 999K
1 token equals 35 votes
Wallets holding between 500K - 749K
1 token equals 30 votes
Wallets holding between 250K - 499K
1 token equals 25 votes
Wallets holding between 100K - 249K
1 token equals 15 votes
Wallets holding less than 100K
Not Eligible
If you are a qualified Parking Pass NFT holder, add 5 votes to the above allocation.
Qualified wallets with a Series 5 NFT and another series in the same wallet, add 10 votes.
For a vote to be considered validated, a minimum of 1,500 (accumulated total) votes must be cast on an addendum before the allotted time ends. If 1,500 are not cast, the addendum is considered failed.

Payouts for the addendum Champion and the Lottery are based on the weighted vote counts, not the number of tokens sent. For example, if 10 One Club members voted in favor, the Champion would receive 1,000 Wrong tokens not 10.

FOCUSED ADDENDUMS
It is possible to have votes for specific holder groups like One Club members or Parking Pass holders. This is acceptable if the addendum only affects the group voting. Validation minimums would be altered and transparent within the addendum.
THE WRONG TEAM’S ROLE
Look to the Wrong Team for guidance or clarification of the Wrong DAO rules, regulations, and expectations. Our job is to help champions to word their proposals correctly with the specifics necessary for a clear vote.

Like all other qualified holders, the Wrong Team are allowed to champion voting proposals. Unlike Wrong qualified holders, the Wrong Team does not need to gather emoji responses to have their addendums posted on the Wrong DAO website.
